Anyone have any experience with Lindy Fralin jazz pups in a Sadowsky?

I have an RV5 and can get the Fralins at a discount through work... I know Roger used Duncan Antiquities II (with some slight customization) and then now I believe Carey Nordstrand winds his pups for him, but I was wondering how the Fralins might interact with the Sad...

I want growly and aggressive, so I am talking about the true single coils.

How trying it. If you don't like it, flip the pups.

Indeed that is an option. But, I figured we have this here forum; a place in which one can ask questions and gather information and pool information from peers. I figured I'd take advantage of that and ask for people's opinions. :hyper:

I have fralins in two bass'. One with spit J's and one with a P. IMO Fralins are freakin awesome pups. I also have a PJ 5 string with Nordys.

Both are awesome. I say try em' out, you don't have much to lose. Fralins sell easy on TB.

I saw some people say they're comparable to Antiquity II pups which are essentially what Roger's single coils are (with a slight modification to the wind, I believe).

I imagine a 5% overwound set of Fralin single coils might hit the spot just right...
