Priced $1950 OBO shipped anywhere within North America, will not ship outside North America, sorry.
Prefer a cash sale, and I am in no hurry if it doesn't sell right away. Trade ideas are ignored, I have all the basses I need.

Bass is in excellent condition, only the typical player wear, minor swirling on the pickguard and back. No major dings. There is one small finish imperfection (like a popped paint bubble) the size of a gnat by the pickguard that is impossible to photograph. Condition 9/10... Neck is silky smooth.

This bass is lightweight (8 lbs 11 oz), and as a result has a little bit of neck dive. I replaced the stock tuners with Hipshot ultralight tuners which improved the overall balance of the bass. The 8 lbs 11oz weight is with the ultralight tuners. This also means there are holes showing on the back of the headstock (see pics). Original tuners will be included.

    SERIAL: M4530
    FINISH: Candy Apple Red
    BODY: Alder
    NECK: Maple
FINGERBOARD: Morado/Pau Ferro/Bolivian Rosewood 1.45" Width at nut
    PICKGUARD: White
    HARDWARE: Chrome
    PICKUPS: Sadowsky single-coil JJ
PREAMP: Sadowsky Preamp with Vintage Tone Control and mids switch
    STRINGS: Sadowsky Steel Rounds 45-105
    STRAPLOCKS: Dunlop
    WEIGHT: 8 lbs 11 oz
Comes with the standard Sadowsky soft/hard case

note: bass was photographed when I had flats on it, it has since been restrung with Sadowsky steels.

I have this bass' twin sister and can testify how this is
one helluva great bass. It's my #1.

And the CAR is blazing, both on and off stage. This color kills! The CAR is the best I've seen - I call mine Candy Cherry Red.

And the Will Lee Sadowsky tone lives up to and exceeds its reputation. Tone for miles and miles.

    GLWTS !

Thanks Gecko5 and Thorr. And I totally agree with the comments. I just find myself with too many jazz-style basses and something had to go.

Bump for great guy and great bass; if I had interest in an uptown four-string, this would be gone.

It's possible that there will be a visible hole, yes, I haven't tried it to be sure, but from the look of the outline of the original tuner holes, it looks like there might be no full overlap.
