    SOLD

I've been putting this off as long as possible but unforeseen and pressing dire financial circumstances have forced me, with much sadness, to put up for sale the bass I said I would keep forever.

I snagged this bass from local member Latinbass in August after many months of searching. She's in absolutely gorgeous condition with only a few tiny dings. Plays and sounds fantastic--just a sweet, sweet bass.

    • Dark Caramel Burst body (AAA quilted maple on swamp ash)
    • Morado fingerboard
    • Hum cancelling Jazz pickups
    • Vintage Tone Control (VTC) preamp
    • Morado fingerboard
    • Super light at 7.7 lbs.

Would prefer no-fee sale (I'm in Manhattan) but could do PayPal.

$3100 plus shipping. Includes original Sadowsky ultralight case. Can add a recently purchased Sadowsky Portabag for $175.

Here's the original Sadowsky website listing for the bass with photo and specs:

Will post additional photos tomorrow (I managed to break the switch on the lamp I was using for lighting shooting the ones below :( ).

Thanks for the interest in the bass. I'm not interested in any trades, however.

    It's still available.

This is one of the most beautiful basses I have ever seen. One day, I will own this bass.
I am sorry you have to part with it and sorry I do not have the money to buy it.

Wow - I don't usually like caramel bursts but I think that bass is gorgeous. A really great looking piece of quilt. Sorry you have to sell it.

That is some serious bass porn right there. Wish I had the scratch for it.

Really nice bass. Have the exact same wood combinations on my sadowsky. Morado makes a great sounding and very stable fingerboard.
