As a diabetic, I've done a lot of research on fast food, sometimes I do a quick seach on my phone before ordering. I was told that a male really only needs to have 55 to 65 grams of carbs per meal. In a Big Mac Combo (if you have a non-diet drink) that only leaves you one of the three items you can eat and stay within those guidelines.

I had mcdonalds at a rest stop on the way back from a buddies house in jersey. First time in years that I've had it. The burger makes a kind of squishy sound when you bite into it. Food shouldn't make that sound.

You're still eating some of the most questionable meat on the planet.

    Yuck.

Not to mention the squishy sound your stomach makes afterwards.

It's a matter of calories in/calories out. His point is that you can make smart choices at "unhealthy" places. By making smarter choices at McDonald's he was able to keep his calorie count low enough to lose weight, especially by not getting large sized sides.

Reminds me of the nutrition professor who lost 27 lbs. by eating only Twinkies, Doritos and other snack cakes. While you may not get all the needed nutrients, you CAN lose weight doing this. Doesn't mean you should.

  10. Though it does come to the point that just because someone is losing weight, it doesn't mean it's healthy!

How is Michael Jackson like McDonalds? 30 year old meat between 5 year old buns.
