Shielding amp-combo from cell phone noise?

I scored a cheap Ibanez Soundwave SW20 bass combo a while back and it works great for the quiet cellar practice I use it for.

But, whenever a cellphone is nearby or connected in the line-in, very strong "cellphone click-buzz" ruins it, for me and the neighbors upstairs!

Anyone know how to shield/remedy this?

Damned, I guess this shoulda been in "Amps".

Got a sheet of ½ mm aluminium, conductive (alu) tape and copper wire lying around to use for shielding, from what I believe is El-Mag-interference.

I haven't figured out a way to stop that from happening, although 2G and 3G service for cellphones is what does it. 4G doesn't do that. Often times, I know when someone's getting a call before the phone even rings because I hear it through my amp.
