Slap Bass Problems

    Hi Guys

    I have been haveing a few problems with learning slap bass Ive just
    started to learn about a month a go the problem im haveing is I do vey well on the E and the A string I can do it just fine when I get to the D and G string is where I start to have problems dnt know if im shifing my hand down or my thumb :crying: but im getting a little furstrated im not going to give up on it Has anyone eles have this problem and if so how did you correct it? also lets she some pics of you slaping the bass

    I've got 99 problems but slap bass ain't one. Hit me.

    I'm not really sure what your saying that your problem is. Could you elaborate?

    Yes, when I first started but switched to lighter strings and the problem went away:ninja:

    Do you have a teacher to show you the correct technique?

    Are you aware you can use your finger (not your thumb) to "pop" on the D and G strings?

    Which songs are you learning that use slap technique?
