Hello all, I can read the differences between the LX5 Broadneeck with the soapbar pickups and the standard LX5, but I want your opinions on the tonal differences? I own several LX 5 basses, all with different pickups/wood ect, but Im curious what the broadneck LX5's with the Mec Soaps sound like? Any help would be greatly appreciated.:)

I prefer the standard jazz size pickups, however that being said...if you are a slapper, or have hot dogs for fingers (like me) the broadneck is awesome. I had a streamer stage 1 broadneck 5er and as you know...a stage 2 fiver. I prefer the stage 2 pickups....hope this helps! BTW...obviously neck throughs, not LX's but you get my point
