I thought I would share a sound clip of a recording me and my band were working on last night. The guitar players amp broke so all the guitar and lead guitar were recorded thru my Streamliner 900 and fearful 15/6.
No affects other than an Empress compressor.
I was surprised how much gain it had with the lead guitar.
This is rough copy we haven't mixed it yet.

Surprisingly guitar-y. Not the sound I'd expect from a bass amp and a fEarful!

Im glad you shared this clip. It shows a few things.

    1. You can get great sounds out of the streamliner, even for guitar.
    2. There doesnt have to be agressive mids with the 15/6, and further more, you can still have present mids with out getting ganky.
    3. The Streamliner + 15/6 combo sounds great.

I actually like it - sound and music wise (reminds me a bit of toad the wet sprocket). Those cabinets are splendit PA cabs :)

I played electric and acoustic guitar through the streamliner and thunderchild cabs just goofing off. Sounded sweet. I don't play EG very often and usually run acoustic through the PA when gigging. The STM makes a very nice DI for AG.

    Did you use a 15/6 or a 15/6/1?
