What string gauge and type are shipped on a warwick streamer lx pro?
I am pretty sure I read on Warwicks site what strings are shipped on what basses...they are all Warwick strings....I think most have black label some might of had red label.
The Pro Series usually has Red Label on them, and the German ones either have Black Label or their coated strings.
I am thinking is the blacks add more girth but have the same flexibility? I am thinking of getting them.
I like the bass but it seems to be missing a frequency or sorts... Hard to explain . Maybe a certain high mid and high string depth?
So I think the reds are on my bass. I like heir flexibility and tone but I feel like some umph is missing. Are the yellows or black better ?
Yellow Label are nickel; Red and Black are stainless. I was told years ago from someone at Warwick that not much is different between the two.
Get some better strings!! Warwick strings suck! I had boomers and circleK on my thumb. Both were great on there.
