I have an epiphone goth thunderbird and recently bought an Ibanez acoustic and was wondering what you all suggest for cleaning. Both music company products and home remedy or other industry products are welcome.

I like using these. First I coat my hands and mouth liberally then I play bass. It also helps cut down on the ol' "hey man mind if I sit in and use your gear?"...

both those instruments have inert and mostly bulletproof poly finishes; any "guitar polish" will do fine, half the time i'm using water on a paper towel.

CRC contact cleaner spray. Removes fingerprints.

This stuff is the bomb! Everybody knows that rotosounds die out easily, but I use that string conditioner stuff and good as new. And the body wax is great too. I only do it about once every too months.
