    Hi guys,

I picked up a Horner B bass the other day, I love the neck, and weight. But the tone is just a little shy. I relay want some punchy, burpy mids, I can eq it really close, but not quite, the bridge pick is also to thin for my taste. The sound I hear in my head is almost a Warwick thumb sound. So could you guys please point me in the right direction of possible pre and pickup swaps.

    Thanks,

    Chris

    2nd the OBP-3.
Have one in a Hohner B-BassVI (bought with in-operative pre-amp) and it does a great, really versatile job with the split-coils and maple/maple/rosewood thru-neck.
