Sunn Bass Cabinet hum/squish?

The 415 Sunn Cabinet I typically use has started to make a large buzzing noise and reacts poorly to lower frequencies, making a squishy, farting, almost chorusy warble

I ruled out the amp head and the cables; the cabinet is causing the buzz. Any ideas on what's wrong? I'd imagine a ripped speaker is causing the chorusy farting sound but what would contribute to a constant buzz? (I turned the amp head down to zero volume and still had a consistent buzz)

Constant buzz comes from the head. Cabs can't make noise on their own.

Nothing much more to say, unless it sits there buzzing with no amp hooked up either? Then I would look for some bees setting up a hive in there.

LOL! That reminds me of the movie "Big" when Tom Hanks unplugged the Zoltar machine and it kept working!:eek::eek:
