Just took possession of this yesterday. Today I find out that I owe the fed, soooo, I should probably unload this before I get too attached. I unpacked it just to make sure it arrived safe and sound and that there were no issues sound-wise. Everything checked out perfectly, so back it went into its original packaging (double-boxed).

A couple observations from my brief encounter in relation to the U-Bass I owned:

    • I love the feel of the longer (23") scale.
    • Intonation at the 12th is accurate (my U-Bass wasn't even close)
    • Love the arched back and cutaway.
    • Nice touch with the preamp and tuner (zero onboard control on my U-Bass).
    • The gig bag is top knotch!

Fun little axe with some BIG bottom end and I will definitely replace it when the smoke clears with Irwin R. Scheister.

Asking what I paid (which is a steal!). $315 shipped ConUS! On hold pending payment.

    Thanks for looking!
