Well, its been over a year now since tazthewonderdog tantrum-quit Talkbass in that wonderful post. Best tantrum-quit ever.

But I wonder...NOT who wrote The Book of Love, but if he has snuck back in under a new name? :eyebrow:

Not too many TBers from my area, Taz was one of them... I have been pretty tempted to start doing some detective work... Was a little upset I missed that one.

Hmmm. That thread is definitely full of teenage temper tantrum (regardless of the age of the actual poster).

    Yawn.

Wow, I am glad I am not that sensitive. I have been playing with a pick for almost 40 years now and never cared what anyone thought about it.

Back then I was about 10 or so and my hero was Gene Simmons (I am older and wiser now). I had a Grabber and a pick and I thought I was rockin'.

That's kind of funny in that nobody remembers the poster's name but they'll never forget his ragequit thread. :D

I honestly don't know if it was the first, but it's definitely the most famous.
