    For me its Elote (eh-LO-tay)!!

    Grilled corn on the cob
Slight slather in mayo (its the food glue)
Roll in Cotija (mexican cheese, similar to parmesan)
    Sprinkle cayenne pepper.

    Best. Corn. Ever. :D

    How do you do it?

Elote is not to be made at home, but rather purchased from Mexican Americans pushing shopping carts.

No offense to your wife, but was she dropped on her head as a child?

There is no other way to eat corn off of a cob than typewriter style. Unless, of course, you are Phalex ;)

Corn Chowder. I started making it when I was a broke student and musician in grad school and wanted something that would make a few meals for $5. I still love it to this day

    Corn chowder is awesome!

Corn Fritters are the whip too!

Cut the kernels off of 3 or 4 ears, add a TBS or so of flour, beat a couple of eggs and fold them in with a bit of milk, salt, pepper, (Diced chili's are good too) spoon onto a hot griddle with bacon grease or butter, and flip em when they're browned.

After a lifetime of eating shot glasses and chewing bottle caps, etc, I don't have the teeth for eating corn off the cob.

My favorite corn dish is kernels cut from the cob and blanched. Served with a little butter and S&P.

I'm also a fan of corn right after it forms a husk but before it silks. You can buy it like this pickled, but I prefer it straight off the stalk, stripped, washed, and served.

I heard he eats it diagonally, then eats the opposite diagonal to form a "x". Then he spits watermelon seeds trying to hit the "x". Quite odd.

Olathe sweet corn from Olathe, CO. Any way you wanna cook it. I like steamed or grilled. Even raw it's awesome.

For folks who dig boiling corn, sub in a bottle or two of hot chili beer in place of some of the water. Maybe a dash of sugar to even it out. Incredible. And yes...possibly a waste of beer. But so damn delicious. And remember...corn is the friend you see again!

My wife said yes she was. Her family couldn't afford a nurse, so her mom had to do it. But, if she combs her hair just right no one can tell.
