    Hey all,

Is this the right place for price checks? I know we're not supposed to post "feelers" and auctions in the classifieds section.

I have an american made 2006 fender jazz bass s-1 switch with a couple upgrades I'd like a price check for. Just opinions/expertise/insight if possible.

Upgrades: Badass II bridge, lindy fralin pick ups.

There are a couple small chips on the body from air travel.

Any directions or p/c's much appreciated.

    Thanks

If you are a paying member this is ok. If not, nope.

The "Supporting member" thing gives it away, right?

OP - do a ebay search and then a advanced search in our classifieds - that will tell you what it's worth - or get you close. My guess, based on the last J bass I had - ~$700. I don't think that 2006 is a particularly desirable year, but there's nothing wrong with it either.

.. color/fretboard will matter, as will if the BAII is factory slotted, and if you still have stock pups + bridge to go with to offset the modifications, and then if you have the original case (or at least a decent hardshell, as the original case for this was a bit marginal) ...
