    I'm in.

And thanks every one for the advice. Today at practice I will be bringing my own monitor setup, so that part is at least dealt with. Plus I will be using Jamup today as my rig. I'm bring my Carvin PA head and two monitors, and will be sending a signal to my amp as well. Should give me all the volume I need to be able to hear myself!!

    Dudes!
    This is great!
I just got through listening to watcher of the path again......epic!!!
I am very amazed by the keyboard playing in these songs. I love the bass and guitar of course. But was surprised with the synth and keyboard work.

Also with the 50% sale on jamup's bundles I have purchased the metal and the boutique bundles.... Now I still don't have the effect pack or the recorder pack. But everything else. That's one fantastic app!
Only if the bass expansion 2 bundle was available.... :)

    Edit:.....
ok...... I went ahead and got the effect bundle so now everything but the recorder :)

    Thanks Adam!! :)
I can really solo keyboard as for instance Evangelos does on Friday Night Blues, but I give it my best. ;)
The guitar Evangelos pulls on both tracks is indeed epic!

I was trying to lay down some scratch recordings today using jamups 8 track. One thing I noticed is that there is no way to move directly to a time in the song. You only have buttons to take you to the top and Fffwd. Kind of annoying. It also wasn't able to record the metronome to a track for a click. I opened up audio bus and connected jamup out to mtdaw but there isn't a metronome in mtdaw so I opened up dm1 in audio bus as another input. I could track a click from dm1 to one track and jamup to another at the same time but I started to notice latency. I guess I can first track the click and then track the jamup tracks separately, but is there a better way to setup a click for tracking?

I don't have my IPad nearby, but I'm pretty sure there is a metronome in MTDAW. Did you go thru the "menu"?

There is a metronome in MTDAW. Touch the area which shows the time in the song, it will activate the possibility to see the metronome section.
