Just walked out of a Chinese restaurant for lunch after blowing a fair amount of boogers into their cloth napkin. I thought about it first, then reasoned that they have to wash them anyway. Still, I feel bad. And I wouldn't want to be the one picking it up.

Not being able to adopt every stray dog that wonders my way.

  4. I'm sure it won't be the first time they've seen it. Bad manners probably, but nothing to get too upset about. Also, +1 to Stewie26.

Posting on TB at work. :bag: :p

  7. My girlfriend is a vet nurse, sadly neither of us have the ground to take on a larger pet (she takes abandoned Guinea Pigs). Several family members on the other hand have ended up with a host of stray/unwanted cats and dogs!

asking for time off from work. even when I'm sick. I started work working for my dad, he was raised on a farm, you don't call off from farming.. so i feel horrible asking for time off.

  11. I feel bad doing stuff by myself when my kids are home. They're only with me half the time & I figure I should be there even if we're not really doing anything together.

I get told by a lot of people that it's OK for me to be gone sometimes when they're home, but I kind of schedule alone/away stuff when I know I'm not going to have my kids because even if we're not doing anything together I think I should be there when they're home with me.

Me too. I feel like I do a lot, but then feel guilty anyway when I'm not doing something with her.

I dinged a car door this past weekend .

I didn't intend to, but my door got away from me . There was a woman sitting in the car I bumped . She got out and we looked at it . I dinged it . Fairly new Honda . I pleaded with her to let me or my insurance pay to repair it .

    She said " it's only a car , don't worry about it"

Still bugs me a little .

When I yell at somebody who I at the time believed had it coming. Really, if I wanted to change anything, I wouldn't do it. But the animal brain takes over. Ultimately, I think of all the times I probably had it coming for worse things and got away with it.

  16. Someone put their trailer hitch through the grill of my wife's car a few weeks ago. No note, nothing. $385 for the replacement & who knows for the labor to install it. Door dings are one thing, but this really bummed me out.

  17. When I touch myself in my swimsuit area it makes the Baby Jesus cry.

  18. Of course it does. You're a terrible person. :p

  19. I don't think I do it all that often & it really only hurts when a band is in town that I want to see. My kids are older now though, and pretty independent (16 and 12). It's not too cool to hang out with dad much anymore (the 16 year old moreso than the 12 year old) but I still like to be there when they're home even if they're up in their room doing whatever.
