I'm in the market and I need someone to sell me on way or the other. Also, are either going to be a straight drop in (or close) on my 00's era Gibson Thunderbird?

I recommend going straight to the guys that make them. Steve Soar responds to email and is very helpful. I would bet Jason Lollar is equally helpful.
