    Hello everyone,

I have an electra f-series bass guitar(1978ish version). I still have the same pickups on it :meh:, anyway about time to change. the stock pickups on the guitar are dual coil and not sure the brand but large silver. I was thinking about getting humbucker pups installed, not sure they will fit due to the width of the installed pups on the guitar. the width of the pups are 2" and length is 3.50".

would anyone know of a good quality pups that would fit in the cutout grooves.

    Thanks

    D

    Got photos?

I have an old Electra guitar, and man, those are some of the best pickups I've ever heard. What is it that you don't like about your pickups?

Ok. Well, if you do decide to change them, I might be interested in the old ones. :)
