Tabs dont help at all and the YouTube tutorials made by various people are pathetically untrustworthy done by amateur idiots.

Any help with general fingerings especially after the first slow part?

Best to work it out yourself. Follow your ear and don't be afraid to modify it to your own style of playing. Does Victor playing anything twice the same way? There are a number of YouTube videos showing closeups of Vic performing it. Finger it how it feels the most comfortable to you. Take it slow and easy... one bar at a time... enjoy the journey of learning a new piece. Use the program Transcribe! to slow it down, fine tune pitch correct tracks and loop sections: http://www.seventhstring.com/ 30 day trial available.

Bass Player magazine had a good chart on this a several years ago.
    Sorry, don't remember how long.
I was able to work it up pretty good.

It's also in the "Best of Victor Wooten" bass transcripton book. I believe he based that transcritption on the "Live Art" version.
