Wanted: Single "Krutz" tuning machine

    I had the gears go bad on one of my Krutz tuning machines on my main giging bass; they have a lot of slip and backlash now, and a bit of "grit". I've tried all of the obvious fixes with no luck, so I'm looking to see if anyone has a single in their parts drawer. Any length is fine as I can pull the shaft off the other .

    Hi James. Do you need the "half plate" type that look like Rubner copies? If so I have a whole box of them. To be clear what exactly do you have?

    I'm looking for one of the individual brass machines for a worn out / slipping "E" string in the normal spot, approx. 30:1 ratio, that look like the model that Shen closely copied:
