Just passing this along.
Don't they have way too many strings for a Mark Sandman bass? I expected to see two-stringers.

I dig it, although the wood reminds me of those simulated wood stereo speakers from like the 80s.
Those look cool! How do they play/sound?
They ought to make them more like the Premier original, with the chrome control panel.
Wooden pickup covers and pg's are absolutely out of keeping here, IMO, especially with
the solid color finishes.
I actually think those look pretty hip. Not entirely accurate but a good starting point and a well-deserved tribute if you ask me.
I started a thread on these months ago, and was promptly chastised for not doing a search and revealing there were already threads on these basses, so I am just continuing the tradition of making you feel like a lazy dummyhead.
Seriously tho, I still think they're awesome. But agree they are a good start-point for modding to more Sandman style.
I thought his Premier was short or medium scale...
The upper bout contoured carving is great, though.
Yes they look cool but they defeat the whole point of Mark's bass. If ever read anything about his whole two string idea this would make you facepalm too.
It would be more real if you just found made your own weird bass.
