That's obviously been copied backwards. The version that WARMBUTTONS posted a few years back had everybody playing the right way around.

I think that the bass player is Frank DeNunzio, Sr., and the band is Reg Kehoe and his Marimba Queens (circa ~1940).
Apparently this has been posted here previously. Not that that makes it any less fun to watch.
