I added a Gallien Krueger neo 4x12 to my Markbass cmd 121p combo giving me a 5x12. I ask because I do not have the extra cab to try it out my self.

You would make a 2.667 load on your combo, it would either shut down or fry.

Nuclear bomb mushroom clouds will burst down instead of up and the Nazi's will win the war.

Also JFK will be killed by a single gunman firing from a single position.

Right, the answer is you can't run a GK 412 with your combo amp. The good news is, you CAN use another Markbass 112 cab, making a nice little 500 watt 2x12 rig, with each spkr receiving half the power. Any other combination is either a risk to your amp, or a less than ideal match to what you own already.
