...of different songs with the exact same title?

I'm sorta tempted to do a medley of the Cranberries, Pretty Reckless and Natalia Kills "Zombies". No "Walking With A Zombie" or "Zombie Dance" or any other variation, just all "Zombie" all the time. But that's only three songs.

But I'm sure something much much longer is possible. Maybe you could do an entire 15-song set of songs all called "Dangerous"?

I think at one time we had a medley of 'it's my life' titles, ranging from bon jovi to talk talk and this one 90s dance song Of which I forget the artist's name...

It was just as horrible as it was hilarious. One giant genre train wreck.

Sorry for the thread quasi-hijack, but how about twisting it around, and doing a medley of "similar" songs, à la "4-chord song" ?

Back on-topic: you can get some inspiration from the "Song UNO" thread/s.

The Twist > Whole Lotta Shakin' > Let's Twist Again. The tunes intertwine one another for the entire medley. Add a few solos here & there and we're good to go for 8-9 minutes.

I can play one of the medleys from one of the live Dream Theater CDs, but then my head starts to hurt because there are too many notes for the royal ear.

Now I'm thinking about all those "BE MEIN" pictures with Hitler that popped up around Valentine's day. Heh. That could be quite a medley.

Over the years I've come across a bunch of songs titled "On and On". And by by crikey they do just that. On and on and on and on.

    Shall find some more later.

There's a slew of songs with "girl" in the title that came up in another pklima thread, "Let's Spread Some Musical Misinformation", substituting "Earl" for "girl".

For this thread what immediately came to mind was "Jump".

    Jump - Van Halen
Jump (for my love) - Pointer Sisters
Jump, Jive an Wail - Louis Armstrong / Louis Prima
Jump Around - House of Pain / Cypress Hill
Jump on it - Sir Mix Alot/Sugarhill Gang
Jumping Jack Flash - Rolling Stones
    Jumpin' Jive - Joe Jackson

    And a quick google search...
The Red Jumpsuit Aparatuts - Face Down
The Jump Off - Lil Kim
    Don't Jump - Tokio Hotel
Crank That Jump Rope - Soulja Boy
Jumping All Over The World - Scooter
Hey Baby Jump Off - Bow Wow
Jump Da F*ck Up - Slipknot
    Jump - Kriss Kross
    Jumper - Third Eye Blind
    No Jumper Cables - Aesop
Jumpin Tonight - Big Joe Turner
Jump in Jump in - Destiny's Child
White Men Can't Jump - Riff
    Jump - Simple Plan
    Jump - Madonna
    Jump - XTC
    Jump - The Moffats
    Jump - Kylie Minogue
Jump with you Baby - B B King
    Jump - Girls Aloud
    Jump Start - Jethro tull
Jump in the Fire - Metallica
    Jump Street - Bozz Scaggs
    Jump Back - Rufus Thomas
Jump in the Water - Emmett Swimming

Sorry, run out of time to write them all, here's a few more :

Vietnamese hip-hop "On And On"? Awesome. Along similar lines, there are probably quite a few songs called "Don't Stop". I can think of a Mongolian one by BX and Sonor. You could do an "On and on" medley that goes on and on, then a "Don't stop" medley that doesn't actually stop for quite a while.
Ha, this is even better, cause if you finish with the Tokio Hotel one you could have a medley that goes "Jump/Jump/Jump/Jump/Jump/Jump/Don't Jump". Perfect.

Papa's Got a Brand New Bag -> Papa Don't Take No Mess -> Papa Was a Rolling Stone -> Papa Don't Preach -> Big Poppa

BONUS POINTS: Big Poppa segues into "Between the Sheets" which is where the sample comes from. Actually, we do the "hip-hop sample -> original tack" thing quite a lot.

Gonna bust this one out on Father's Day
