Anyone know where I can get a couple pairs of white P-Bass pickup covers without pole piece holes before I order a couple sets of black covers without holes and try to do a paint job in white?

If you are really stuck, you could potentially fill the holes with porcelain repair epoxy. I've never done a white fill like this, but i've done many other similar fills. It sounds tricky and messy, but it's very straight forward, and probably better than using a spray can, especially if you rest your thumb on the cover as you play.
