So, I've got a pickup with 3 coils. Can anyone draw up a wiring diagram, or point me to an existing one, to accomplish the following?

I'd like to use a 4-way rotary switch to have these options:

Coil 1 and Coil 2 in series,
Coil 1 and Coil 2 in parallel,
Coil 1 and Coil 3 in series,
Coil 1 and Coil 3 in parallel

Thanks in advance for any help?

    You will need five poles.

I'll draw a diagram within a few days.

This could be done much easier with 2 dpdt switches.

Ah... If possible though, I'd like to keep the controls to Stacked Vol-Vol/Rotary/Rotary. I actually have two of the pickups that I'd like to wire this way.

Thanks man!!! Now to find a 4 position 5 pole switch. Searches aren't going well so far. Maybe I will have to end up going with 2 switches per pickup.
