    They were great, 4 monsters of their era. I saw them in NY and in Montreal in the early '80s, they were amazing.

    Yep, I was lucky enough to see David Murray playing in a small club with Jack DeJohnnette's band in the mid-80s, with Rufus Reid on bass and Howard Johnson on tuba no less.

    My brother turned me on to them and Rhythm and Blues is still one of my favorite records.
