  5. That's actually a nice deal IMO. David King makes nothing but top-notch stuff and that is one of the more traditional looking of his basses.

    He makes nice custom wooden knobs also, but I can't afford those either. :p
     
  6. Exactly. And, with all respect to others, thanks for being a player that actually knows what he's looking at. I guess there's a lot of people that's actually not "in the know" when it comes to his work.

    It looks nice. I doubt I would feel bad about stealing it from the seller for $2000 though.

    I agree, it's not something that piques my interests, personally, but it is a piece well worth the price.
