Internal bracing
With Midrange chamber. Note that I'm building mine mirror imaged.
Front baffle test fit.
Cutouts for handles and jack plate.
Received the grill. I went with 3/4" plywood strips for the baffles standoff instead of the 1/2" in the plans. I wanted a little more to screw into since it was into the edge of the plywood. Front baffle painted flat black.
Added cutouts for a top-back-edge handle and for tilt-back wheels. Except for getting the cab into and out of the truck, I won't have to carry it.
First coat of Duratex.
The crossover assembled on some 1/4" birch plywood.
Installed the crossover, wheels, handles, jack plate and wiring. Got the 3012LFs installed. My midrange hasn't arrived yet, but I tested it this way and it's sounding good so far! Will be even better with the mid.
Back view.
Finished. My camera doesn't do too well with black objects, so I'll try to get a better picture later.
