Did you see that a user was selling his Peavey TNT 115 BW on the board?
Shipping can't be more than $50 which gets you in the price range.
Have you played the TNT? That is one amazing amp- One of the best 115 combos made, if you get a chance compare it to the Eden, SWR RED or BLUE series or ANY Hartke 115.
Serious bass tone, not like a Peavey head.
