All original 30th Anniversary Stingray 4, which I bought new in 2006. EBMM doesn't usually release production numbers, but they have said they made 783 of these. Mahogany string-thru body, maple neck with tons of birdseye, trans crimson finish, rosewood board. Comes with LE hard case with 30th anniversary plate. Bass is in excellent condition, I looked it over very closely and couldn't find a flaw, though the gloss finish does show fingerprints. The wood grain on the body is amazing. Case is also in near-perfect condition, I found one minor nick and a couple of scuff marks on the outside. Comes with case key and original EBMM polish cloth.
Bass is strung with TI flats, which are probably 10-12 years old and therefore nicely broken in. I love the sound of a Stingray with flats, and this one does not disappoint. When they released these in 2006, Sterling Ball called it the best Stingray they ever made, and it's definitely the best one I've played. Weight is 10 lbs. even according to my trusty bathroom scale.
These don't come up for sale often, and I honestly never expected to sell mine, but stuff happens. Looking for $1500 plus actual shipping cost to the continental US, Paypal or Venmo. I am in Northern Virginia and willing to drive an hour or so to meet in person if you're in the area. Please email with any questions, not looking for trades at this time. Thanks!
