Just checked with Bass Gallery in London, a new EL Whappo with cover sells for around 2150 euro!, so 1200 should be a pretty good deal IMHO.

Yes, the price is all right. In fact, I would guesstimate 1200 euro for a new Tri-112L cab shipped to Norway, including taxes.

I'd be all over this one, if I weren't saving up for my imminent Benavente bass, due this month.
