Really sweet 1997 epiphone rivoli
I have gone through this bass and have made the proper mods myself.
( I work on fretted instruments all day everyday when not gigging at a pro level shop)
I still have the stock stuff with the bass.
Mods :
Dimarzio model 1 ( new)
Hipshot Supertone bridge (new)
Hipshot ultralite mini clovers ( new)
Daddario chromes (new)
500k cts pots and .47 orange drop cap.
Nice neck with a proper working truss rod that I've lightly sanded to a nice flat black satin finish.
Headstock has used stamped on the back but again I work on basses and guitars everyday and I can't find a thing wrong with it.
this most likely would indicate a finish flaw or something minor from the factory.
But it's straight and plays clean.
Sounds like it should.
Nice big fat syrupy tone.
I also have a gator icon bag and mono Betty long strap that is going with it.
Both are new as well.
I looked all over for a case and stumbled upon the gator icon 335 case which measured out perfect for this bass.
These cases are legit and I won't separate anything.
Price is for everything shipped
I got the bass from a friend who got it from a cousin that passed away.
It was home played only.
