This came to me inside of a Carvin BB5 I recently purchased. I included an internal shot to show that it was in fact in a bass, wired, and functioning fine. Pickup wires were unsoldered and one of the two 9v battery connectors, and everything removed as one piece. Sounded great, but just not my personal taste. I believe these were used in basses like Tobias Killer B's, Hanewinckel, Jerzy Drozd, Devon, David King, etc (based on searches)
Specs:
Vol - push/pull Active/Passive
Blend
Bass / Treble / Mids - push/pull for mid frequency (not sure what it's set to, but seems 550/800 ish)
Preamp is wired and includes the NTMB3 Module, NS2TMB-18 Module, and 5 pots and 1 battery connector.
Lets say $120 shipped inside U.S.
