For sale is my Roscoe LG-3005, in excellent if not like new condition. I love this bass so much that I am ordering a new one to my specs. Roscoe is the deal Why a new one? Because I would like a _slightly_ different tone, I want the century body style (longer upper horn which will work for me a little better), and I am considering a 6-string instead.
Roscoe LG-3005
Spanish Cedar Body (I think!)
Quilt Maple top
Dark Amber finish
Maple/Purpleheart/Maple neck
Bolivian Rosewood fingerboard
Bart electronics, w/ the push-pull mid selector.
Original case.
I'd say the bass is in 9.8/10 condition. I can't find any scratches, dents, or nicks.
As for tone, it's thick but defined. There's no hiding in the mix, and it has an awesome B string. As I said, I found my brand, and I'm sticking with it.
Asking $1500.00.
Regards,
Sean
