Comes with box, manual, SD card with firmware, TV cable, Windscreen foam, carrying case. You can easily keep up with improved software from the ZOOM site as it comes available.

The sound quality is superb on this unit. Video is excellent, very easy to use. You can edit easily on your computer. YOu canexpand the memory with a Different SDcard, comes with a 2gb card. Sound quality and video quality is adjustable.
