Ok, so I'm looking to start over from a gear standpoint. I like the basses that I have, but you know. My taste is evolving.
Ibanez BTB 405QM: SOLD
Second, we have the Peavey Grind BXP NTB 4. This is an awesome little bass. Imbuya body wings, with five piece mahogany/maple neck. Passive electronics. VERY woody tone. I almost sold this locally, but then decided not to. There was a jazz musician who wanted this bass, he really liked the tone and thought it was great for chording. I agree. The pickup routings will fit any EMG-40 series pickup, or certain Dingwall pickups. This is the best Grind I've ever played, and I've played a few in the shops around here. Fretwork is great, neck is stable as any. Excellent condition.
I bought this from Talkbasser Fatdog a while back. I don't know if he's around here, but he can vouch for it. I'll take trades on this too, specifically interested in newer MIM jazzes. But I'm open to anything. Will also take cash, $280 shipped. Ships with padded gig bag.
