I'm looking for a single space power amp. Must be at least 300 watts RMS, under 20 lbs.

Looked at any of the Peavey DPC's? The current model (DPC1400) does 1400 watts @4 ohms, 14lbs and one space. There were other models, just not sure of the #'s.

I use a Soundtech PS802 which does 400W @ 4 ohms per channel or 800W @ 8 ohms bridged. I picked mine up for around $250 used. I've used it for about a year now and haven't had any problems. I definitely like have the 1U power amp. My rack is much lighter as a result.
