I would describe the condition as "excellent". Not mint! They've been on my bass for a couple of months so they do have some gig wear - mostly a few subtle string impressions & a scratch here & there. There's plenty of lead wire left - a good few inches of luxurious excess.
These pickups enjoy an excellent reputation - check the reviews & comments in the Pickups forum. One unique feature is the slightly rounded plastic covers that make them a little easier on the fingers.
