I am looking for a Mid to Late 80's Ibanez Headless bass. Prefer Black as the body color. This bass is similar in style to the Steinberger/Hohner headless basses of that era. However, it had a little bit more body shape to it than the boxy style of the Steinberger/Hohner.
If you have one for sale please respond, with picture, here or at my email [email protected]. I appreciate any responses to this thread regarding this bass. Especially, from anyone who knows the make and model of this bass or better yet has one for sale.
As silly as it may seem to be looking for such a bass, it is really a matter of a bass player's sentimental journey to collect some old friends who were really good to me back in the day. However, this does not mean I'm willing to spend a fortune on this. I will only consider resonable sales. Please refrain from using my sentinmental weakness against me. It won't work.
If there is anyone else who shares the same weakness for a particular bass, please feel free to respond to this thread. Maybe, we can help each other. I always have my ears/eyes open for interesting and cool basses. Thanks for listening and I'm looking forward to hearing from fellow bassists.
