Q6 Pro is fine, also known as the NS2000/Q6. I'm not looking for the higher end Czech ones. No preference in finish, although I have soft spot for the amberburst.

I have limited cash, an Eden Metro, and my five string NS2000 to work with.

The Legends will be out in a week or so and they will be great! I would wait, they are better all around (Hardware, electronics, wood options, etc.) than the Q's. Played it at NAMM, you'll love it. List is 899, I don't know what they are going to sell for but it will be worth it.

normal MF price is $649. 8% off is not a blow-out in my book.

However, I would like to discuss with someone the possibility of me getting a six string Spector.

Just wanted you to be a well-informed buyer.
Wouldn't want you jumping on a "hot" deal that ain't so hot.

they do look very nice, I hope you find a great deal on one.

If I thought I could get a legit trade-in for my Metro at a GC, I would. At your suggestion, I checked them out the other day, and they ARE nice.
