I’m heading out to Oklahoma City next Monday (9/12) on a two-week business trip. This will keep me away from my beloved basses, which I refuse to subject to the rigors of airplane travel.

I’m looking to buy a cheap bass locally in OKC so I can keep up with my practicing (and keep me out of trouble on Reno Ave.). I’m simply looking for something playable, its cosmetic condition is irrelevant. I would probably turn around to sell it off to a pawnshop before I leave town.

So if you live in the OKC area and you’ve got a bass you’re willing to part with at a low price (ideally less than $100), I’m your man. PM me or email me please.

I’d even be interested in renting or borrowing (!) a bass if we could work out an arrangement.

405-9four7-0nine00 is the phone number to Granny's Music Mall. Ask for John. He owns the place. He's usually always got cheap basses there, and he might even work out a rental for you. He's a nice guy
Look up Granny's Music in the phone book once you arrive. Ask for John. He own's the place. He usually has some cheap used stuff, or may work out some kind of rental deal for you. He's a great guy, easy to deal with, easy going, and if you talk about how great the Beatles were.. you're liable to get an even better deal!!
