Orville is/was Gibson Japan and the pickups sound similar to the 1976 Gibsons.

I had one of these and put pickup rings from FretsOnTheNet on it.
Sadly sold to help fund son's college but it had the feel of a 60's when you played it.

I used Brasso to clean up the dull pickups and bridge cover.
