I received a 2002 MIM Jazz body in a trade recently. I would like to trade it for a P-bass body.
Under the pickguard, this body is in rough shape due to the routing that was started but not finished by someone who had this before me. He was routing out a spot for a pre-amp. The rough spot is completely covered by the pickguard and you would never know it's there, or you could finish the routing job if you want to add a pereamp. Outside of the spot under the pickguard, the body is in fairly decent shape, with one ding on the back along with some scratches and scuffing.
For a P bass body in decent shape, I would be willing to include a fretless neck (not Fender, but has Fender decal) along with jazz pickups, preamp and pots. If you're interested in those items, I will send pics, just shoot me a PM.
