It's my bet that the 50 stands for 50 watts. Handy little amp. I can carry it with one hand. Yorkville may not have the boutique prestige of some of the other amps out there but the do have the Made in Canada quality and a rep for getting the job done.
I even used it to play with a drummer. Keep in mind that was a "Lead Drummer" so I didn't have much competition for the lower frequencies.

In the motif of simple I plan on keeping this simple and would like to do a cash and carry local pickup. I'm in New Jersey mere minutes from Rt 80 exit 37.
