Zeta Stratos Fusion electric upright bass
serial number 0067
$2250.00 + actual shipping
I custom ordered the bass for myself about 4.5 years ago, but these days I rarely play bass gigs, so I have to make room for other toys. The bass is a custom finished 4 string. It has a flame maple top and what Zeta calls their Honeyburst finish, a sort of gold to deep orangey red, very pretty and subtle. The bass currently has a list price of $3895.00
The bass has active electronics, 3 band eq with a mid sweep, and really good tone. The setup is very nice, strings are the original factory strings, I always liked them and they still sound fine so I have never changed them.
The bass has one minor issue. It was bumped by a sharp piece of gear and a few spots on the neck were gouged. They are only cosmetic, everything works fine, and the nicks are not where you feel them when playing it. They can easily be filled and repaired, but since I don't notice them when I play it I never bothered to do it. I have a repairman locally who can handle this if you want it taken care of.
The bass is the model listed here at Zeta's web site:

The finish is similar to the one in the picture but is a burst with a lighter center fading to that redish color at the edges. I will post pictures of the bass as soon as I can.
Let me know if you have any questions about the bass.
