      great sound. How did you connect all the pedals?
    • Lasse Vuorsola
      @mar_gag Thanks!
      This explanation makes maybe more sense if you look at the picture in the beginning of the video. Here goes!
      Signalchain: Bass> Tuner> TC spectracomp> EHX Freeze> LS-2 (Splits into 2 loops so that "guitar is always on" and bass is switchable off[a+b mix mode])
      1. Loop A: MXR bass drive> Noble Bass DI preamp (trs out)> Focusrite Saffire pro40> logic (NO trickery in DAW)
      2. Mix output: micro pog> TC Quintessence (didn't use in the video)> EHX ANLOGizer> Atomic ampli Fire (Mono out ) > Focusrite Saffire pro40> logic (NO trickery in DAW)

      Hope this helps! Sorry for the rambling but its a lot of gear :D

      @Lasse Vuorsola I have a lot of stuff too and yesterday I bought a LS2 and i'm trying to figure out how make my setup sound as I would :)

      @mar_gag Haha! Yeah its a never ending pit of disappointment and loss of money. I switched my George Lynch/morley tripler for the LS-2. In some respects the tripler is better with individual controls, but then again the LS-2 has a smaller footprint. I'm pretty sure I' ll find myself buying the gigrig 2-channel switcher in a month or so. Good luck!

      @Lasse Vuorsola so you enter in 2 different channel in your saffire, right? as you have 2 different amps? thanks
    • Lasse Vuorsola
      @mar_gag Exactly! Or in my case in a mixerboard, since i have two "amps" on my pedalboard. Post a video when you get your pedals sorted!

      @mar_gag Looks like a good start! I would say that the key for the fake guitar sound is to have the pitchshifter before distortions and keep some of the original signal. Also the drives should be very low. It does not need much drive. Most of the hairy sound comes from the bass in my view. Work on the sound as a whole, instead of dialing the sounds individually. It should be one huge machine of doom! As you have it now, I would put the pitchshifter after the LS-2 and have maybe two dirtpedals after with minimal gain. Then I would route the bass signall from loop a to the sansamp with dirtpedals in front if you intend to do that. Then you're good to go! Also, try to reduce the highs of your pitched signal! I found the Analogizer to be excellent in taming the signal as well!
