Hi, I saw that photo of the Johnny Pro II bass. I have exactly that model and am trying to find out something about it. I got it back in 1990 with a Regent bass amp from a friend for a crate of beer. Just curious, as you're the only person I've "seen" with a pic of it. My g/f wants me to get rid of it, as I don't play any more, but I've had it so long, and it looks sweet! Thx! Cheers!!

    Favorite Genres:
70's Rock... Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, etc... Oddly, I never played those classics in my working days
    Previously Owned Gear:
Johnny Pro bass (yes really.. Was my fist and threw a lot of newspapers to get it)
Gibson RD.. First true love. Heavy, heavy, heavy, limited tone and pumped a lot of gas for her. She will go to the grave with me.
Hoffner Beatle bass... I'll regret selling that the rest of my life
Ibanez Roadstar II... Lovely instrument.. My daily driver.
    Influences and Teachers:
Gary Thain (virtuoso from Uriah Heep), Paul McCartney (why not emulate the top?), Geddy Lee (If I had a third of his skill I would be a happy man).
    Hobbies and Interests:
Raising grandbabies, fishing, driving old cars, keeping up with the young guitar players at my church, collecting old coins and anything that reeks of Americana.
